SECTION 20 - CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Any certification courses offered by BAMA are subject to guidelines and requirements that will be communicated upon registration. Students and professionals agree to adhere to the standards set forth in each course and acknowledge that certification is awarded upon successful completion only.

SECTION 21 - PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR
Users agree to uphold professional conduct standards as outlined in BAMA’s Code of Conduct when engaging in any on-site or off-site activities affiliated with BAMA’s programs. Misconduct may lead to suspension or expulsion from our programs without refund.
